This place is an absolute JOKE! I will NEVER take a uhaul rental there or ever bother to rent anything from this dump! There were two guys and the young one was a punk and a smart ass! The older guy just let them talk to us any old way he wanted. No one was there to check it in and he didn't offer to help us figure it out. This place is a JOKE!

robyn C.We were charged 4 DAYS LATER AFTER SCHEDULED DROP OFF for almost 90 miles that I know we did NOT USE... PLUS AFTER HOURS SERVICE FEES AND COVERAGE WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF! THE UHAUL WASNT CLEANED OUT WHEN WE GOT IT EITHER! I'm very disappointed in true value! I've rented from other locations and have NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN!
