steven P.This is Ace Hardware and there focus is obviously not U-Haul. It would better serve them to maybe train a few people on how to conduct rental affairs. For example, if I have to drop off something at 7am according to my contract it should be someone there to handle all aspects of rentals. I shouldn't have to help disconnect a trailer from my vehicle to include lifting the trailer.
