It took 2 hrs. to get a trailer after the online reserve. That left me driving in a blizzard for an hour because of the delayed rental process. I done everything I could have to avoid problems. I've had @ 50 U-haul rentals but I really don't know if I want to use U-haul again.

The location was very disorganized. The only trained person was not working and someone by phone was guiding the person I worked with. I was not trained on how to use the car hauler and when I got to my destination a person told me that I never used the rear anchor on the car and it could have broken free with just the straps. I didn't know there was a rear hook to connect to the rear of the car. There was a snow storm over Christmas and the trailer was frozen to the ground so the guys used a bobcat to lift it and break it free. The young lady who helped with paperwork figured it all out and did well with limited knowledge and help over the phone. The experience did not give me confidence in this location. This was a used car lot that just happens to rent uhauls.
