The staff there where amazing and when out of there way to help out in any way possible. Loved the local manager's service. Loathe Uhaul's online and on phone customer service experience. Have long loathed same. Corporate seems to have its head up its posterior trying to meet it's own selfish needs (some of which are efficiency which is fine if done right) without regard to its customer. 1) Give the local store manager lots of credit for his attitude and approach which made me a lot less disgusted with the corporation as a whole. 2) Completely redo your customer experience and aim it at the customer. For instance, your $1 enviro fee right at the top of the invoice starts things off on a ludicrously wrong foot. We are not here to do your enviro good deeds for you at our expense. That's your call...and a smart one to...but not something you should ever foist on your customers as a fee. The whole rest of the customer experience process online and on phone needs to be clean sheeted too. LISTEN TO and THINK like a customer.DAVID B.

I was told my rental was not at the location I was advised and told it was at another location. It was not. It was at the original location. It took me 2.5 hrs of driving back and forth to get the rental. I was still charged full price. I will not be using uhaul again.Sheila Z.
This was not my original pick-up location, but wow, what a great customer service experience. The manager, David, literally went the extra mile to make certain I had a trailer at the time I reserved. He drove, after hours, the night before I was to arrive and spent over 3 hours on the road to retrieve the trailer. My original pick-up location was not able to provide the trailer and the corporate scheduling was unable to assure me that a trailer would be available. David was very receptive in helping me. He called me the night before pick-up and promised me the trailer would be at his location when I was to ready to get it. After I arrived, David provided superior customer service the moment I arrived. He worked to ensure that the check-in process and hook-up went super smooth. He had us on the road within 7 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time. His knowledge and commitment to U-Haul is not to be overlooked. He is a true professional who treats customers with the utmost respect and courtesy. I will definitely seek out this U-Haul dealership the next time I require a truck or trailer. I submitted my license 5 times for an online pickup. When I went inside the guy tried to skip over me twice and the people reminded him twice we were there first, I said this was bullshit and he chastised me saying he had customers. Those people were behind me talking to one another and cursed on a few occasions. While I leaving the premise he was making fun of me to that same customer.CHRISTINA N.

When you tell someone they can pickup trailer and drop off somewhere make sure they can. Also when you say your open till 7 don't close at 645. I would never recommend u haul to anyone. Worse experience everDELANO H.
The truck we got had a coolant leak and apparently none ofnthe fluid levels were checked. We bought coolant after one hour into our 6 hour trip. Then in the every 2 hours we had to add coolant. That is a serious safety issue not to mention we are hauling all of our belongings long distance. What happens if we had to unload that truck again? I will be notifying corporate. Additionally the windshield was cracked and the entire steering wheel was sticky and the cab had trash in it. If I wasn't up against the gun I would've sent it back. I didn't see the windshield till after we they had packed half the truck.EJAY J.
