Ensure the rentals are reserved before confirming. A 24-48 hr notice or availability is not good. If the truck wasn't going to be ready at reserved time the. What is the point. Luckily ours was available at the stated time, however was notified the truck wasn't going to be available at the time but 6 hours later. If it wasn't going to be ready at reserved time, it would have put me behind schedule by a whole day.
