Truck was fine, but windshield was a bug splatteted mess and the cargo area was not fully swept. Truck ran fine and seemed well maintained, but not really clean.Michael C.
Didn't have the size trailer we originally booked online. Decided one size smaller would still work for us. This location only had one trailer that looked to be in decent condition. After hooking it up to the truck one of the brake lights/blinker was burned out. No one was available to change it so we were told we could just switch trailers. We decided we would chance the burned out light trailer over taking an older beat up trailer that could have other problems. We needed the trailer for 24 hours for a quick trip to Vegas. I don't really understand how U-haul decides what to charge or why picking up in one location and dropping off in another is such a major up charge. It would have worked better for us to do a one way rental but would have cost 5 times more. We rented a furniture dolly and blankets for cheap which were a life saver. Overall our needs were met and I know we live a small community but it would be nice to have access to newer equipment and to have a choice of all sizes of rentals.Shawn K.
Booking online took quite a long time, like 25 minutes. I made a mistake on inputting my email address and then had to wait 40 minutes on hold on the phone to correct it. I was paying for the ticket but someone else was the primary driver and this complicated things a great deal.Jack A.

Very simple process. The reps at both pick up and the drop off locations were A+ with their customer service. They made it so easy .. we were in and out in less than 10 minutes at each end!John A.
no for my father and i made our payment up front. i then called and asked them to charge the card for an additional rental day. they said they would charge the card, i returned the rental the following day while they were closed the app would not work for me to do the return!! i call support got stuck through hoops to just find out that they wanted me to drive 1 hour back to the rental place to show my location and to take pictures for the online return. i was not financially able to do this. i called the rental place on monday when they opened, explained to the man working there what had happened. he said he got it turned in for me and said everything was good no further payments needed. i then get a email saying i was being charged for another day plus late fees of $96! now i have gotten another email saying i again owe you guys another $30! i used to swear by you guys, i dont understand why you guys in uhaul are doing this. you have officially lost a loyal customer and promoter for you guys!Tori S.
