Nicholas J.I have used the service at this location before. The guy is nice to talk to and since they close early at 5 o'clock, they told me just to drop the key in the lock box. Last time everything went smoothly. However, I don't know what has changed, I did exactly like last time and without the person telling me nothing, I was charged $20 dollars for late return conscience fee. I don't know what happened to this service and to this local shop, it's so unethical and it is not the right thing to do. He could've told me but instead he say nothing about return after hours. Never again. Take the money and it's the last time for me to use uhaul.
