My trailer was attached to my truck by someone that doesn't work for this dealer. I didn't know this until after he had told me I could go. The owner called me as I was driving home to let me know that I had paper work to complete and needed to come back to the dealership. Seems like a safety issue to me having an unauthorized person attach a trailer and check the lights.

Christopher GThe owner of the lot I dropped the truck off at immediately started yelling at me and swearing at me, telling me I cannot drop off at this location and that he was the owner of this lot and is refusing the drop off. I was legitimately concerned for my safety because of this man. I will never use this service again because I had called uhaul to share my experience and nothing was done. I received a “sorry that happened” from 1 employee I spoke to, but nobody else seemed to care at all. I would love to speak to someone about my experience.
