When I picked the U-Haul up and got it to my house, I had to keep the trailer door open overnight to let it air out because it smelled like 100 marijuana joints had been smoked. All of my daughter’s belongings had to be stored in that!

MICHAEL BWhen reserving via app the system was faulty.When renting from the eagle mart location the salesperson needs more experience.There is to many Hidden fees involved and I was given false information from customer care at U haul prior to rental. I will no longer ever use U haul. I would have came out better by just buying a trailer rather than renting one.
