The Honore Storage location and staff were great. The UHaul customer service needs A LOT of work. With the exception of Joyce, I found everyone else to be extremely frustrating to work with.

Insure that the lockbox works properly for the customer to be able to get the keys for the rental truck. I arrived on time and could not the lock to open and had someone else to try and they could not either. I called the help number and number answered to assist or advise. Thus I had to wait until almost 3 hours later to get the vehicle. Meanwhile, I had movers waiting so I had to pay them extra out of my pocket because of this inconvenience. The manager said he would discount the transaction but then when it was time to do it, he claimed that the sysytem would not let him. I would never rent from them or try to get a UHaul truck before hours when there aren't any staff available to assist with problem resolution.
