The wiring was reversed so that the blinkers worked opposite of what they were supposed to. The gentleman had to re-do the wiring on the trailer to make the lights work properly. It therefore took much more time than it should have to pick up the trailer.

Bobs had excellent customer service, very helpful. The trailer was clean, and tires were good. The problem with the trailer was that we drove from Arizona to Florida and encountered several rain storms. When we arrived at our new home we found that the trailer had horrible leeks and half our belongings including a $2300 tv are destroyed. Extremely upset with this outcome. Also lost a lot of personal items, kids pictures and furniture damaged.

Bobs was friendly but dealing with Felix and my rental experience was a nightmare. I went down to rent the truck and it was not available until the next day and n home call was given to me to inform me. I had to reschedule my movers which costs me extra because of this. I was told I could keep the truck a extra day since they were closed and I was charged for this and many phone calls pestering me about this. 3 to be exact. I will NEVER use u-haul again or recommend it. I have never been treated so rude and because of their mistakes it cost me extra money in movers and made this move horrible.

As usual, U-Haul did not have a truck ready for me at my desired location. Instead of picking my truck up at my local dealer (15 minutes away), I had to spend 3.5 hours going after and driving the truck back before I could start loading it. Even though they gave me extra mileage allowance to make up for it, I still had to pay for the extra gas it took. Not cheap with a 26 foot truck. And they did not have the furniture dolly I had ordered with the truck, so I had to buy one of my own. And the return was just as bad. I went to the location on my contract and called the number listed, to find out that I had to back track 16 miles to get to the actual return point. Then the place wasn't open and we had to sit around waiting for someone to show up. I only chose U-Haul for this trip because Penske didn't have a local return center at my new location. Otherwise, I always choose Penske. This is the type of experience we've had every time we've used U-Haul. Shame really. The name used to have a good standing.

Once again I am at a loss. I was told to bring the truck back by 7am since that is when I rented it. I woke up early to get it in by 7am only to find that the location I was to drop it off at (734 n hwy 89 chino valley az) didn't open till 8:30am and it was locked up so I couldn't even drop it off and leave the keys. Fortunately I called your company and they said I could drop it off at a location that had a place to leave it. Why was I told to bring it back at a certain time if the place wasn't even open. That is not customer service.

When checking in. It is very hard to get the gas back in the truck at the right level of 5/8 of a tank. I ended up putting an extra $ 25.00 in gas, which filled the truck, because the gas gage didn't move until I started the truck. I wont make that mistake again.
