The guy was very rude. He didn't mention the $14.00 in insurance that I didn't need. When I said I didn't ask for that, he said "I have your credit card, read your contract". It felt like a shady deal and he was a real jerk to me. The UHaul's should be pulled from his Shell gas station!

I was very upset when I paid my bill. When I reserved my truck I was told it was $250. The day I picked it up I was charged $303. I was told there was nothing I could do but cancel the truck knowing I couldn't do that. I told him I had a reference # but he said I had to have a copy of the amount. This makes me think twice about using you again and I'm planning on moving soon. I don't like to be lied to.

I called and reported my incident of what happened my credit card was being charged and not knowing what was charged extra for Insurance when I didn't want it and that had no clue about it until I drop off the truck

Computer system was slow and it had to be rebooted.

This place needs to quit rentals. The person that was there he is so so rude. If I'm not mistaken this is the second time that I have returned a truck there and he was nasty then. It wasn't just to me but other customers in the store. I will do my best to not go there ever again.

The place was in this run-down gas station. It was dirty and the person working the counter was rude and slow

With only one employee handling both the UHaul business and the check-out for the convenience store, it took longer than it would have if he had been able to focus on check-out/check-in. However, he did a good job and it was relatively quick.

Took 30 minutes to pickup the car because the computer was so slow and the one operating it was having issues of her own. Upgrade that Commodore 64 system!

The Express Check-in using my cell phone didn't work. I had the clerk in the store (NORTH BEND SHELL 5394 N BEND RD CINCINNATI, OH) check me in and get the truck; it ended up taking about 40 minutes to get the truck I had reserved. It wasn't a great experience.

This poor woman helping us had to handle being a clerk at the grocery for the customers, lottery ticket sales, vendors needing her and helping us get the Uhaul. Not fair to her. Long wait for us

It was a gas station with only one person running the counter. I had to wait every time someone came in to buy something. She was very slow on the computer and when she made a mistake, it took forever. This place should NOT be a uhaul place, unless they staff it to get a uhaul customer out in less than a few hours. The trailer was new and that was the only thing good about this encounter.

I took forever to finally get the Uhaul because the employee was waiting on every customer while I was trying to give him information that we already gave Uhaul online. Then the employee made me purchase insurance that I did not want, making my purchase way more expensive than what my reservation had on the main site. I have used Uhaul many times and now I will think twice.

This was an alternate drop off location. Went there when the attendant at the designated dropoff location in Cincinnati Northside refused to take the trailer, claiming they didn't have room, when they seemed to have a number of parking spaces. In contrast the woman at Bend Road was great--very helpful even though she was extremely busy.
