I can understand about a daily fee for rental. I just think the fee per mile is a bit too steep. Overall, I'd say it was a great experience in the store.

Wednesday, I confirmed pickup was at PTS. When I arrived, PTS showed my rental was at a different location. I checked my email and didn't see any notification of the change. Fortunately, a truck was available and the nice lady that helped me made sure the other location truck was cancelled.

Very professional young man. I was very frustrated when I got to his location because I had reserved the trailer two weeks earlier to be picked up and returned to Uncle Bob's storage on McLemore Road in Montgomery, Alabama. When I arrived to pick up the trailer it wasn't there and my reservation had been changed from a one day rental to a two day rental to be picked up late in the afternoon in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. His attitude and demeanor was very calming. If Clanton wasn't sixty miles from my home, I would rent all of my equipment from him!

I reserved a 26' truck for pick up in Selma, AL on Saturday May 20, 2017. UHaul called me on Friday May 19 and notified me I would have to pick up the truck in Clanton, Al. I drove from Foley to Selma then had to drive to Clanton. I was upset with this arrangement. My truck was suppose to be picked up at 11:00. The truck was never returned to the location of my pickup. Uhaul said there was a truck in Demopolis that I could pick up. But I wasn't driving anywhere else to pick up. Enough was enough! Several hours trying to locate another truck by chance someone drove up with a 20' truck. Since I had no other choice I had to take this truck. It was not large enough. Now I have to drive back from Foley to Selma again to finish loading. Also other family members driving from out of town have to come help load. Very wasteful trip that I should had everything moved at one time. This was not a good experience. Nancy Ammons

Location in Clanton was great, reserved the uhaul for Selma, Al 2 weeks in advance but still had to drive a hour away to Clanton to get the uhaul.

Having used this store several times, I have never been disappointed. The staff is very courteous and informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

My only complaint is that when I first called to see about renting a truck on February 22 I spoke to someone that would only tell me her name was Brenda. She was VERY rude and condescending on the phone. I did not appreciate her tone and I told her that. She just told me (she said to "help me understand" that she spoke in a loud voice because she dealt with small children as a substitute teacher and they wouldn't listen. Again, she was very condescending! I feel like someone at U-haul should EXPLAIN to Brenda that when she is working for your company she should not talk to a customer in a "Loud voice and a very RUDE tone to make them listen". I did have a good experience with the people at the pick-up location - even though I requested a 17' truck and ended up having to drive a 26' truck.

I feel like I could use more miles during my rental. If I had to make another trip back to my storage unit I would have been over my miles. I'd really like to not be restricted on miles or charged extra for them. Thanks, Mark Olis
