My drop off location was where I had problems. The man that work their was very rude ! And, he said I went over my mileages but I put the exact address that I was going to .Porsha H.
The staff had called me to remind me to turn my truck in, I told them I was on the way right then to do so. By the time I got there the store was closed, I had no knowledge they were closing and the staff never informed me. I attempted to do the after hours return online but it wouldn't let me log in or send the password reset to my email. I was also overcharged BY FAR for a one way truck. Over $400 for 2 days. I used uhaul in November and made the exact same move but opposite ways, and it cost me MORE THAN DOUBLE this time. Absolutely ridiculous.Katelyn W.
