Store was not open at the 10:00am pick up time. One truck was available me and another customer. Representative name Mustafa was very unprofessional. Store not open to drop truck off. Had to wait. Store smelled like marijuana which was also laid out on the counter. Other employee offered me a shot of alcohol.Worst U-Haul experience ever.

I love this location it's convenient and they are very helpful and courteous the one thing that can improve would be the hours that they actually open I reserved a truck for 10 o'clock but they didn't open till 12 o'clock which was kind of a inconvenience but over all my experience was excellent.
