The vehicle was left with 1/8 a tank of gas. Don't think that should be common practice as I drove 15 miles and the gas light was on. Any other locations I have rented with over 1/2 a tank always.

Skylar J.When I arrived to get my truck my phone would not let me pick it up. It said I was not at the location. I have an android and tried from 3 different phones. I finally tried with an iPhone. It worked fine. If I hadn't had an iPhone with me I would not have been able to pick up my truck.
Eugene F.I requested a few dozen moving blankets when I made my reservation weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was only given 6 blankets. The employee told me to call around to other locations and find my own moving blankets because that wasn't their job.
