I had reserved a truck in Clinton, MO at Clifton carpet. We quickly learned we need a bigger truck, which they did not have. Cliftons had us drive to Tightwad, MO. We got there after nine and then realized they didn't open until 11am. Which someone failed to tell us. We then drove back to Clinton only to have to drive back to Tightwad to get The truck. This out us 3 hours behind and we still had to load, which I lost my help doing so because people had to leave. When we finally got The truck, The drivers door on the Uhaul was bent or broken. The howling wind was horrible and ear piercing for our what should have been a 10 hour drive. We had to stuff paper towels in the window and door jam which helped slightly with the noise. We had to stop for the night and spend and extra $100+ dollars on a hotel because the headlights failed to work properly and we could not drive at night. We were not pleased. In the. Brightside, we made it to Ohio safely. In the downside, the experience was stressful and less than thrilling.
