The building and interior office was very dirty. On the day of pickup there was a man in the office who had no idea what to do to facilitate getting me checked out. He called someone on his cell phone who just said "Hook up the trailer, and take a picture with your phone and send it to me". That was the extent of the service. When I arrived home I noticed that one tire was a little low on air. When I checked it one tire was at 29lbs and the other was at 41lbs. I did a little research and determined that 60lbs was an acceptable inflation. I would have thought that the franchise should have checked the tire pressure. There was also a broken or missing clip on the softy chains. On the drop off I arrived at their location at 9:20. They were to have oppened at 9:00. My reservation needed to be checked in by 10:00. When I arrived there was no one there. They were locked up tight. I left the trailer parked where I picked it up and notified UHaul cooperate. After several phone calls I finally got the equipment checked in and my final receipt emitted to me. Sorry to be rough on this review, but it was just an overall bad experience. Thankfully we didn't have any problems traveling with the trailer.JD R.

This location is a brake shop/car repair shop. There is a large U-haul rental location right behind it. Not sure why I had to pick up my rental here.John N.
Truck had less than half tank of gas, back had not been swept out, cab smelled like marijuana, and even though I specified in my order that I needed 1 of each kind of dolly, the location had none available and I had to go to another location and rent them separately. I needed the truck that day and being on the 1st I couldn't just go to another location as nobody had a 26" available. I should have gotten a discount with what I went through to get this truck. I also couldn't use the app to do contactless pick up because they had no lock box and the app kept telling me I was in the wrong location even though I was in the parking lot of the business named above!Elaine R.
We went to the location on 1003 zymalcrest drive like we were instructed to do and we waited an hour and a half because the location was supposed to be open at 7am and noone was there and I had called 3 different times and 3 different times they told me someone was on their way and after the third time I requested to get my truck I reserved at a different location which was at new vision which they were very helpful and after I recieved the truck he apologized for the inconvenience and I was very pleased because he didnt have to but something should be done about the other location and to is for the inconvenienceJulio L.

I was very disappointed to arrive at the Elmwood location, only to be told the truck I rented was not available, and I had to go to a different location that was 5-20 minutes in the opposite direction. If I had known in advance I could have done something different. The location was a dealer and was not well versed on how to check me in or out. The dealer could not check me out, struggled with your system, and I had to leave feeling very uncertain about the charges. Also, it cost me more in gas and mileage than it should have, for it was so far away from my daughter's new place that we were moving her to. It was by far the worst experience I have every had with U-Haul.Rick W.
I had booked a 15ft Uhaul week in advance. My Drive way is small and cant turn longer vehicle. Unfortunately when i went to pick up the vehicle uhaul guy tells me he has only 26ft and if i want i can take this and nothing else is available, They also changed pickup location to some dingy place. There was no point reserving in advance. I am extremely upset with this experience as i had to carry heavy stuff and load it in. I will never rent a uhaul here again. The uhaul service is connected to a car body shop and the service was horrible. I was gone about two hours and when I came back, no one was there to check me back in, the truck had missing mirrors, was raggedy and shaky, and I was also charged an additional $13 for safe PLUS insurance I didn't ask for and was told â€˜I would want to have that.'
