Dealer never answered my calls or responded to my messages. I call U-Haul's 800 number to get some guidance on how I should return the rented auto transport I had. Spoke to a very nice lady in customer service named Tia who also tried contacting the dealer - she couldn't reach him either (even using his alternate number). A U-Haul rental place in Columbiana, AL is convenient for me, but if the location has no people on site to assist, it is really of no use to anyone. Recommend that you find someone else in this town to carry your banner.

We had to wait for the employee to arrive when we picked up the truck. He had a nasty attitude and did not explain that the truck had to be returned at the same time it was picked up. When we returned the truck during business hours no one was at the establishment.
