I reserved it over the phone and I Only reserved it for the day and was charged for 2 days Plus the insurance I don’t not want....SHOULD NOT have been charged 2 days when it was a same day drop off. Didn’t know this until I returned it and was told I was early!

Did not speak fluent English and tried to give me the keys to the truck before the inspection was over. Truck died less than five blocks away. Good thing I had the insurance or I would’ve had to pay for a tow truck. Luckily the truck started, and I drove to another location where they gave me a different truck
