Fix the address because I drove 20 miles out of my way. I was on an empty road with fields on both sides when it said I had reached my destination.

I was charged an additional amount because I didnt drop off at assigned place .That place was 22 miles away from my home when there was a u haul location 4 miles away . It was Sunday and no dealers were open . I do expect a refund .

Should be able to change drop locations without a fee. The location I was going to use said their lot was full. So I had to go out of my way 20 mins just to drop, instead of dropping at a location that was in the direction I was traveling.
