I don't understand why I needed to go 18 miles out of my way to return the trailer when you offered me Monticello. On the contact it said Monticello, but didn't give a location. When I called it was either Port Jervis, down the 17b by Pennsylvania, or where I went 18 miles away. (Monticello is 5 miles from where I was). When I looked up for a return trip reservation there were trailer locations in Glen Wild, South Fallsburg, and Monticello. All much closer. Why do you make it so inconvenient when my Contract said Monticello?
