The milage was incorrect on the app when I picked up the truck. I called customer service, and initially was told I would be charge for 6555 miles for a 3.5 hour rental. My receipt still has the wrong milage on it and I was overcharged by $10, even though I had pictures of the beginning and ending milage. Unfortunately and frustrating, because otherwise the rental experience was very good.

Curtis SI waited over an hours once I arrived. The girl at the counter was too busy on her phone and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. First and last time with this location.
Rick JThey had no idea what to do when we went there to drop off the truck. It took probably 30-45 mins to return the truck and then they asked for payment after we already paid. If they are going to provide U-Haul services, they need to have at least some idea of what they are doing.
