I declined insurance coverage when I picked up the truck and didn't notice until I returned the truck that the guy had added it to the rental either way. I also told him I needed longer than I initially thought and I needed it for two days instead of one and he said that was fine, then I received a call wanting to know why I didn't return it by noon today when it wasn't due until noon tomorrow. So I had to take it back early. Then I found out it was because they are permanently closing the uhaul store effective tomorrow, so they wanted it back today. Overall this was an extremely poor experience, and I won't forget it the next time I need to rent a truck.
