This location is at a ghetto convenience store. A black woman was very vulgar and was in my face asking how big my dick was. Will never recommend uhaul again. Also the truck I dropped off before picking this up on the same day leaked

The reservation that was made was not in their system. Showed proof of reservation and still had a difficult time renting the U-Haul. Took roughly 35-40 minutes to receive the keys. I would definitely not recommend this location or even the company to any one. Next time I need to use a company, U-Hauk will definitely be my last choose.

We have used Uhaul in 5 major moves and usually love the service and product. Unfortunately, this last rental was a complete let-down. We rented 2 dozen moving blankets. They had rat feces all over them and smelled horrible. The truck had less gas than what the check-out paper listed, so we showed an employee and they said they made note of it. Upon return, we were charged the gas amount to bring it back to the original listed amount. Overall, just not a good experience this time.

It waa very late at night. There were four or five drunk individuals hanging out at the store front. Individual who checked out the return had been drinking. Had trouble reading the odometer. Man inside was very rude. Scary place.

This place was a grocery store that rented uhaul. It's had about 23 lowlife blacks hanging around outside and there was another 12 inside. It's looked like a getto. I was very uncomfortable there. The old man who HELPED ME TAKE THE TRAILER OFF MY VEHICLE, was swearing and cursing that he was too old for doing this shut that he had a bad back and should have left early so he didn't have to deal with this shit. I asked him how old he was and he said 62. I told him I was 65 and I would handle it and did. Then when I went back inside the clerk acted like he couldn't be bothered to give me a receipt. There was a tall skinny black woman who was cussing up a storm and some guy screaming for her to shut the fuck up. I would not go back nor would I recommend ANY OF MY FRIENDS GOING THERE. IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE.

This location is very sketchy. I read the reviews and explicitly requested twice not to pick up the truck at this spot. Uhaul did not care. I was told there was nothing they could do. Pulling into the parking lot, the crowd of loiterers (all drinking) stared at us and several of them made attempts to instigate a fight on our way to pick up the truck. In the mini-mart where the keys were located, we had to pass a pregnant woman drinking a beer and more loiterers. To the credit of the cashier, she was a very kind person but she gave us less hours for the truck than we requested and we were charged a late fee that we were not expecting. The truck was clean and got the job done, but BE CAREFUL when going to this location. Do not go alone and absolutely do not go at night.

This location is in the hood. It is attached to a miny mart which apparently is the neighborhood location for drug deals and prostitutes. I did not feel safe here at all. This is probably the worst place for a business you could pick.

The Service was excellent! The truck was excellent! The location was sub-standard by day - terrible by night. It was very easy to get in and out of, but there was definitely not a feeling of safety and I was NOT going there to drop the truck off after dark.

Very bad location. Unsafe I was harassed by loiterers Infront of store. As a combat trained person I left before things escalated and cops to be called.

My drop off location was changed to this address due to overbooking of the one I originally selected. When I pulled into the location, I did not feel safe. There was a large gathering/party in the parking lot and the crowd that was gathered there was making obscene gestures at me. It was not clear where to park the truck but I was greeted by an employee after a few minutes. The employee was very nice and worked quickly to get my receipt so I could be on my way. Do not go to this location alone.

This was a terrible experience from the very beginning. The first location was inside a very poorly maintained mini market. The attendents were incompetent and it took them almost an hour to get things done. They made two separate contracts instead of one which resulted in additional charges that had to later be refunded to us. They gave us a dirty truck with barely enough gas to get us going. The trailer we also rented had to be exchanged for another one at second location because it was broken. Nevertheless we embarked on our twelve hour journey. When we reached our destination, we realized the trailer holding our car was only holding the car by chains since the ropes used to secure the tires had come completely undone (this was supposedly checked prior by a u-haul employee). We promptly went to return our rental only to find out the place was closed and we'd have to change our contract again to reflect a new location. Homestly, much more happened but this is just the gist of it. Learn from my mistake and never use this company.

Location seemed unsafe. People loitering.
