Didn’t check in our trailer, and when finally corrected in the uhaul system they still put it for the wrong date then I actually dropped it off.

I dropped the trailer off on 3/7. The person at this location told me she had no way of giving me a receipt. I didn't know about the app to drop off a rental and she didn't mention it to me. It wasn't recorded as received until the 11th, although the record says the 10th. For 4 days I had no proof that I had dropped off the trailer. The lady was very friendly. I rated this location as below average because every location I ever returned a rental had the ability to give me a receipt. My only issue is that I wasn't given a receipt and it took 4 days for the trailer to show as received. This location needs to have a way to give customers a receipt.
Brian SThe neighborhood dealer was so kind and helpful but whatever maintenence needs to be done to the trailers are clearly not done often enough or to a high enough detail. The trailer rented to me? Rv 2131, is in AWFUL AND LEGALLY UNSAFE TO RENT AND PUT ON THE ROAD.
