Sorting Garden location was great! However I am very displeased that Uhaul sent me to 2 other locations on New York Ave in Deland that are not succulent or prepared for customer drop-off. Each one sent me to the other, and both turned me away saying they had no room for truck and didn't know why Uhaul keeps sending people. This was very inconveniencing...I then had to call 800# to get a new location to go too. That process took about another 30 mins. I asked for some kind of refund/discount, and was told it would be evaluated. I'm a very unhappy customer at this point.Cathy D.
The woman said to me when I left that I had a full tank of gas and to bring it back the same. I drove the truck exactly 15 miles and the tank gauge was on full so I just took it back with a full tank,so I thought. Was charged $9.00 for gas because the gauge wasn't exactly as when I left. Explain very completely how to secure the lift door so that it does not go flying up into the roof of the trailer and get stuck. This happened to use twice. The door also needs two people to hold it down to secure the lock so this does not happen. Very poor design! This set us back a day on our move!Patricia T.

At least have someone clean the inside of the cabin between rentals...especially during covid times, inside of the cab was full of dust and what looked like dandruff??? we vacuumed it ourselves before using it to moveBen T.
24/7 pickup was a pain...had to locate the truck in the back parking area but the key box was more than a block away to walk. The key box should be closer to the equipment so there is no going back and forth.Jenny V.
Change the part of the process where you have to call 2 people to verify I am who I say I am. It's a little tough to call 2 references when it's before 8am on a Saturday. You should do this in advance or allow us to verify this another way.James S.

Very rude lady working here. Told me to just go around back and put the trailer next to the others. I get back there to find that it is on a hill. I threw my back out and nearly damaged my truck attempting to do this on a hill single handed with a trailer with no tongue jack. When i went back into the office to get my receipt, the lady walked out with another customer and told me "you need to go outside so i can lock the door". I didn't realize i looked that shady. Never in my life have i had this type of u-haul experience, and i use them often.BENNY M.

Jimmy was the agent I turned in the equipment to, and he came out to greet me, was very friendly and helpful. After doing a quick check of the equipment and asking me a few questions, he was able to get me on my way very efficiently. Again, both people I dealt with at the pick up and drop off locations were very helpful & friendly, and probably don't get the recognition they deserve regarding insuring the customers are happy & satisfied, and leaving them with a positive impression.John M.

Get your logistics fixed. I get a text to take the trailer to one place then get a call from another place asking me were the trailer was even though I already dropped it off to the address uhaul texted to me. It also explains why I got a wrong destination charge back in May for a truck rental. Fix your internal communications and logistics before it becomes a legal issue.LORD E.
