i was charged twice ounce on Thursday and then again on Monday. I was put on hold for over a half hour then they hung up. I'm currently on the phone with customer service.

Seemed a bit pricey for a trailer rental but did go 200 miles one way.

Great customer service. Quick check-in and quick check-out.

Van had a funny smell inside, perhaps it was rubber flooring in cargo area? But otherwise very good.

Very helpful staff very polite and answers all questions fully goes over all the details on the contracts one of the only UHAUL locations that has done this and I use UHAUL al the time for years. Loved the customer service all the way around, I will be returning to this location even though it is a drive for me!

The service was very slow, although pleasant. We were set back by a couple of hours due to the slow service and the amount of time it took for any employees to update us on the issues that were holding them back.

U-Haul makes renting extremely easy, but my complaint was that my pick up location got moved twice and the last time was changed the afternoon before I was to pick up the truck. They moved my pick up location clear across town and as a result of that and the time, I lost two of my helpers to help us load which delayed our move by several hours as my husband and I ended up doing much of the loading ourselves, he is 70 with a severely damaged heart and I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and knees and it was a 26 foot truck we had to load. I had booked and secured the truck and location almost a month in advance. They also changed my drop off location, which would have required a 2 hour drive through the mountains instead of a 40 minute drive down an open road. Changing pick up and drop off locations may just be business to U-Haul, but it can really adversely impact those renting their equipment. We moved on Friday, ended up getting to our location 4 hours away in the middle of the night instead of the afternoon, and it is now Tuesday and my husband is still unable to get up and do anything as a result of doing work he should never have been doing period because we lost our helpers, and all due to the pick up location change made by U-Haul.

Waited an hour to be seen for an appointment, the gas was not at full as indicated by the rental documentation, and customer service has yet to respond to any of my attempts to remedy this mistake of a receipt.

I returned my 6x12 cargo trailer outside of business hours via U-Haul.com “return my trailer”. Very user friendly and convenient. However, the instructions showed one man lifting the trailer off of the hitch by himself and I was unable to lift the trailer off of the hitch by myself. I had to wait at the location till I found someone to help me lift the trailer off the hitch. Still, it was extremely heavy and difficult to remove with two men. I just don’t believe that one man can lift it off by them self as seen in the gifs. Maybe it was befaus I drive a bigger vehicle (Tahoe) and could not lift it high enough by myself. Anyways, just wanted to say that U-Haul should probably mention that you need 2 people to remove the trailer. Especially when people are returning after hours. Would have been nice to know how heavy the trailer was before going to drop off by myself. Thanks.

When I arrived at my destination to pick up my bed frame the door wouldn't lift up took about 15 mins. It seemed to be stuck, called the number to have someone come out but got it opened when I was on the phone with a representative. It smelled like fresh paint and the door was stuck from that and the heat. Pretty embarrassing.

The location was very friendly, the problem was that customer service made a reservation and gave the wrong address to get the truck and for got to add a dollies for my move

I was disappointed that my reservation changed from a nearby location to this one which was about 10 miles further away, which I had to pay the mileage for of course. I have to say it’s pretty frustrating when a software program allows customers to book reservations for equipment that will not be available at their chosen location. However, the staff at the Colorado Blvd location were outstanding and I would recommend that location as well as use them again myself.

This location needs more help! We waited for 10 minutes before anyone even came into the sales room to help us. It took 10 - 15 minutes to get the paperwork processed (had to reboot the program). Once we were outside, the yard crew was quick to help us and get us on our way.

I reserved a trailer 2 weeks ahead of time. The location I wanted to pick up at did not have the trailer so I ended up needing to drive almost an hour away to get the trailer. I was told that I needed to be there by 630 because they close at 7 so I left work early to make it to U-Haul on time. When I get there they have actually rented out my trailer for the day to someone else who unfortunately was late returning it. I had to wait almost an hour before the guy returned. By this time it’s after 7 and the person hitching my trailer was in such a hurry, and also looked unsure of what he was doing. When He was done he said I was all ready to go. I look at the trailer hitch and see that all of the chains still left on the ground. When I brought that to his attention he said “oh yeah”. I have never hooked up a trailer before so I didn’t know what else to like for but when I got home and my boyfriend looked at it, he could see that the trailer was attached to the receiver incorrectly. It was too low to the ground and needed turn over to the other side so that it would not be hitting the street while driving.. needless to say I drove all the way home almost an hour like that. I didn’t know what the banging was but that turned out to be the reason. So we had to unhook the trailer and reattach in ourselves. I was told I was going to be given a discount for having to wait so long for the trailer I reserved. Again he was in a jury to check me out and when he gave me my paperwork he said that the discount would be applied later and I would see it when I was charged. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t seen that discount. We are extremely disappointed in the price we had to pay for the services we received.

I had to wait for two hours to pick up my moving pod. The computers weren't working, but they also didn't even have my pod out of storage waiting for me like they said they would. I had called weeks prior to ensure it would be ready AND I received an email saying it was ready, but it wasn't. I was two hours late to meet my movers and I just checked my bank statement and was overcharge for the services.
