Octavio was very, very helpful. It turned out I had a fuse out and the lights were not all working for the trailer, which he gladly assisted to fix. I think elsewhere I would have been charged for that.

This U-Haul facility needs LARGER & MORE SIGNS for distinction away from the Towing Service business. It took me three times passing the entrance to the U-Haul business to clearly identify the establishment.

I was charged $18 for 8 miles for 10 foot truck. I have tried to drived it as efficiently as possible to consume less fuel. I have turned the engine off at pickup and drop off locations. While picking up truck I was in hurry, I have asked all the costs involved, he didn't mentioned that I need to refuel it. He knew that I was in hurry, so he take advantage off :-(

This is a towing yard in a rural area...a bit scruffy looking but the people are nice and helpful.

The people in Vacaville, Dixon and on the phone were great. Your process of selecting pick up location is terrible. I reserved weeks in advance for a Vacaville pick up. Was told 24 prior to p/u my trailer was to be picked up in Concord, one hour from me.

The environment. It seems scary specially for women renters of UHaul equipments. But service wise is good.

Friendly service. Helped load car hauler. Only issue was the tire strap was damaged. I didn't notice this until I went to load the vehicle several days later. U-haul immediately made it right through roadside assistance. Pickup location emailed an apology.

I wish the trailer was taller, maybe 6 feet to put larger appliances and furniture in

Even though the hours were quoted with a closing time of 5 they were closed at 3:30.I called to get directions - use the key drop box. I had 2 bags of unused, unopened furniture pads I was told I should get a refund for, but there wasn't one on my receipt they sent me electronically.

This location was helpful. After a terrible experience with U-Haul, we couldn't wait to get rid of the trailer we were given. When we made the reservation, our drop-off location was for Davis, CA. When we picked up the trailer in Redding, CA, we asked for the address of the drop-off location so we could go to the right place. We were told that we had an "open drop-off" meaning we could drop off the trailer at any uhaul location in Davis. When our trailer was breaking down, we called every Davis location to see where we could drop it off and no one accepted trailers. We were then told by Uhaul's customer service, that we would be charged extra if we went to any other Uhaul, accept for one in West Sacramento, 20 miles away from our reservation location. We then called this Dixon location and they told us they would receive our trailer. When they saw the trailer, they also confirmed that it looked in bad shape and it was time for that trailer to retire.
