I did not get to use the uhaul for 24 hours. I rented the u haul at 7:20pm and had to have it returned by 1:00 pm the next day. I was still charged the same price for 24 hours with no refund or credit

I cringed when I learned this location would be the only place in the area where I would be able to pick up my order. This is a seedy motel known locally for pervasive drug activity, prostitution, and other criminal occurrences. As feared, my family and others who were with us were subjected to vulgar language by employees and tenants and a less-than-professional experience. I'm not easily offended, but this location is far from being family-friendly. Should I ever need UHaul again, I sincerely hope this will not be the only pickup location available.

Did not know where to turn the truck in at and I see I was charged for mileage only because I was riding around trying to find the place did not like it at all.

The people at the establishment have obviously not been trained to handle a uhaul transaction. It took an hour and a half to get my rental. The person had to keep making calls to their manager to ask what to do. I was also charged $17 extra after I returned the truck. Never will I ever deal with Fountain Inn again. It's a heavy drug area also. It made me a bit nervous to have to wait that long for the clerk to get me checked out. I was a bit more nervous when I returned the truck since it was dark outside. I would definately not recommend this establishment to ANYONE. Horrible on so many levels.
