I will never recommend this location to anyone. The Owner is very racist and rude, because I am Black he talked to me in an unprofessional manner. Wish I had known or red a review about this place. The owner was very unhelpful. His first time meeting me, he gave me a very confusing direction. When I follow what he told me, he than came out and started yelling at me. I wish Uhual will investigate.

There was an old man that would not let us in to the office to sign our papers. He had to call somebody to process our paperwork. The man at the store was rudeAnd a knowledgeable of what was going on.

Rented a covered trailer. The guy working there didn't know anything about U-Haul or my reservation. He was an emission tech, which is the other business at this location. He had to call some other guy to help check out. So, if you rent here, you are are on your own. Don't expect help backing up or hooking up. Trailer was in good shape.

The location was fine. The problem was having to go to 3 different locations and spending an hour on line to finally get a truck. After making the reservation with an agent over the phone.

The worst customer service EVER. We were there trying to pick up the truck for an hour and a half. I would never recommend this place.

The reason it was a great experience was only because the area manager just happened to be there. He was extremely helpful and focused on me as a customer. The guy operating the location itself, was ONLY focused on getting the computer up and running for doing emissions. I was there at 9:00 am, when they open and he told me I'll have to wait 15 minutes for him to help me. If it takes 15 minutes for the computer to come up he needs to either be there 15 minutes earlier or open at 9:15. I'm grateful for the u-haul manager being there to assist.

Great guy but no knowledge of U-hauls system. Took an hour to get the contract completed. Truck had not bee prepared. Every fluid was low. I had to take it to my shop and add oil, coolant brake fluid and transmission fluid. This is not intended to be critical of the Uhaul rep, rather directed at Uhaul as a company.
