The owner is really helpful. Told us to take out time and we didn’t have to rush. Good guy, great customer service.

I was extremely happy with this location. I was not happy receiving a text the night before indicating that my reservation had been changed, new location that was further away, one-way trip instead of use for a day, and pick-up time 2-hours later. It took me 30 minutes at 1:00 AM to get things worked out. Very unsatisfied with this change the night before. However, I was very satisfied with Treasures unlimited. Scott was fantastic!

The key did not fit in the return box , so I had to keep it back in the padlock box where I picked it up from.

The employee was very nice, helpful and quick. All in all a very good experience. I will definitely use this location if the need arises in the future.

This truck smelled like an old Las Vegas casino...so smokey and gross. We could not even hardly stand to ride in it without having the windows down, which then let in cold air and made us cold.. It was a very poor experience. I didn't know Uhaul would even allow smoking. Do I need to request a no-smoking truck in future? Seriously, SO BAD!

The owner of this location is a complete jerk! If he doesn’t want to deal with customers schedules then maybe he shouldn’t be a U-haul Dealer. Here’s the review I just left on Google regarding my U-Haul pick-up at Treasures Unlimited in Draper, UT. You may want to look at the other review left on Google about the location: So I rented a U-Haul Trailer online about 24 hours prior to picking up some items from Ikea. The U-Haul site showed the location open until 5:00pm. I went ahead and selected an approximate time of 1:00pm, because I wasn’t sure exactly when we would get out of town for our 5-hour drive from Western Colorado with our 3 kids and a dog. We turn out not leaving town until about Noon. So I got on Uhaul’s site before I left and updated my pickup time to 4:45pm. Waze had me arriving at 4:30pm. Then as we neared the location it turned out taking me through an apartment complex that was next door and then right back to the interstate and looped me back around where we started. I called the location for directions twice, left messages both times, there was no answer and no call back. I pull over and then pull the location on Google and find the route back into the location. Then we headed onto the location and arrived at 4:57pm. I hurried in and the gentleman was leaned back in his chair talking on the phone, after he finished I told him I was sorry for arriving late for my 4:45pm pick-up of a 6x12 enclosed trailer. He looks at me and angrily says, “You mean 1:00pm?” I responded, “No sir, my reservation was for 4:45pm. I updated it this morning.” He then went off on me because he was trying to get out of town. I responded with a simple sorry. He was rude the rest of the time hooking up the trailer and we left... If you didn’t want to rent me the trailer you should could have just called and asked me to select another location and I would have happily selected one of the many other available locations to pick-up at...

We had one concern...we had ordered a dolly to be used during the move and did not get one...we did not realize it was not with the truck until the next morning when it was too early to get one. We borrowed one and figured we would just rent one when we go there. At such time there were none to be found.

The location was not convenient again and the service was short was not asked hot our trip was, if we had had any problems. Basic customer questions.

Couldn't get in to the property. Gate was closed. Had to use the app and do an after hours drop, even though we got there during their normal business hours. Otherwise it went ok.

Very nice person. Pick up and return process was very fast. Would go only this location in future.

Check the oil. We made it 100 miles down the road and were bare dry of oil.

Right outside the apartments I was moving from! I was able to get the truck the night before. The manager, I think his name is Scott, was so nice to me! He pulled the tuck onto the street for me! I was able to get an early start and had the truck back by 10:30! No waiting to get a truck. Was the best and easiest Uhaul experience I've ever had!!

I got a call around 10 AM to check if I have the address right. Then the person dropped the question asking me when would I be returning it? Apparently thing we're running 'tight' over there. Thinking he was in a hurry I returned the truck earlier than I intended to. I had more than the required amount of gas in there, plus I had to pay for a taxi back home! When I mentioned all of this to the person, he said 'oh they already gave an extra day, and I can't do anything'. etc etc. now I have to spend some more money to get my furniture home from the store.

This asshole has no business being associated with U-Haul's good name. I pulled in after a long and hectic drive in a traffic jam and had to urinate immediately due to my medical condition of active bladder. I ran inside asking for the bathroom. His bathroom was closed for maintenance and there was no other location nearby. I ran back outside and went between a trailer and a tree out of sight. He chased me outside yelling demanding to know where I was going, and I told him. He was extremely agitated and completely inconsiderate of my disability. I felt humiliated and afraid. I then tried to explain I needed his help removing my car from the U-Haul tow dolly, as well as the dolly from the U-Haul truck, but he wasn't listening and said, "You ran out of my office not saying where the fuck you were going. And as for removing your, that's not my responsibility!" This contradicts what the Virginia Street location said he would do when they attached the dolly to the truck. They assured me U-Haul would help me get my car off the dolly. The man at Treasures Unlimited was hearing none of this, so I walked back to the truck to call U-Haul and find a real U-Haul location, which ended up being 10 miles away in rush-hour traffic. "Thanks, jerk!" While I was on the phone in the truck, he lurked up on me pretending like he was going to help by saying, "All right, I'll help you, but no more running around my lot!" I told him never mind, I was on the phone with U-Haul for an alternate drop-off location. To that, he shooed me away saying, "You call U-Haul!" and walking off. I have never been so intimidated by a customer service representative and I was genuinely afraid of what he might do next. Please respond.
