They had difficulty finding my rental. They actually made a new reservation and it cost me more than my original quote. I would suggest more practice using the computer. I'm addition, I would suggest not smoking in the building and taking the birds and cages home rather than keeping them in the building.

Jeffrey BWhen picking up a trailer and renting for a one way move, I was told declining the rental insurance was not an option and had to pay the safe tow insurance as that was U hauls policy. When dropping this trailer off I was told I could have declined the insurance. I suggest you know the insurance policy before renting from this location. I would not rent from them again as I have been told wrong. Also, I called during business hours and left a message. I had to call back the next day as they did not have the courtesy to call me back. For being a small town rental, I did not see the customer service and southern hospitaly at this location. The floor of the trailer was also dirty. not something you want to load your furniture on.
