I returned my van after hours. I put a total of about 32.5 miles on the van including 6 miles or so that I used just to find an open gas station nearby. When I received my receipt in the morning I was built for 84 miles and a gallon of gas. When I called this station to inquire about it I was told that the computer automatically calculates everything and there was nothing they could and that I should call U-Haul customer service. I rent U-Haul Vans all the time and don't usually have problems like this at the larger U-Haul dealers. I kind of feel like this small gas station U-Haul franchise is trying to make a few extra dollars off of me.

Too much paper word. Took 30 minutes to get out of there.

Location was great but not where I chose. Uhaul changed location day before I picked up

Bob was very professional on my last minute request. Truck was in good shape and he had a hand truck available on site. Another Uhaul trunk rental place I went to made promises on the items and didn't deliver. Very good experience and got in and out quickly. Thanks Bob

The efficiency and helpfulness of the personnel certainly outweighed the lack of "clean and inviting."

My expectations were met this U-Haul experience. No improvements to suggest at this time.

This is not a criticism of the pickup location, but rather of U-Haul's policy. It is crazy that trucks are not full at pickup. Trying to "estimate" how much gas is needed to get back to a certain level in a 40 gallon tank is ridiculous. Inevitably, you always over fill, which is an unnecessary waste of money for the consumer.
