There was only 1 person on duty with many retail customers coming in that interrupted my check out process. I was there for over 30 minutes.

Alan D.The trailers should be available at the city requested. This is the first time I have had to travel to another town to pick up a trailer. Customer service is going downhill. No one wants to add miles to their move by having to go to another town to get a trailer prior to driving hours to their destination. Sad really!
