I did not receive the furniture blankets (10) that I ordered and paid for. Because of doing Truck Share, it made it hard to figure out how to remedy this, or get refunded.

The man that helped me was excellent. He had excellent customer service. But as a customer I could never go back here due to how uncomfortable I felt in there as a black woman as another staff member treated me as if a customer who came in after me took priority over my service. Most my issue is with U-Haul and their ability to schedule. This location on SATURDAY opens at 9am. But was scheduled to pick up at 830 on Saturday (guess they just looked at the week day hours). So had to wait half hour in my car for it to open. The guy ended up being 5 min late to open. Which normally wouldn't be too annoyed with but added to half hour, not good. Took while to finally get the keys even though I pre checked in online. All because the U-Haul site or his computer was super slow. Only good thing was I did get $50 refunded me due to failure of schedule guarantee. If you going to use this place just due contactless. That will save you from all the issues I ran into.
