Extremely rude store owners. They towed my personal vehicle and the owner of the store personally cussed me out repetitively and told me to go “f**k myself†when I asked for help for the $250 fee to unhook my towed truck. They then upcharged me for gas whenever I got gas prior to arriving to the drop off location. They should not be in business and are incredibly rude people, will take advantage of anyone they can.
Andy O.There was NO ONE at the location. It's a convenience store/junkyard/usually drop-off. Doors were unlocked, store open and unattended, no electricity, sign on door stated a breaker problem. We searched the grounds for an attendant and found no one. Luckily we still had the text message for instructions to self drop off, it worked out, but not good business practice.
