Minor issue of the key not being in a lockbox as specified in the app instructions; had to do a search of the vehicle to find it (it was in the box of the truck). My only other comment is about the tires, which are terrible in the snow.

Shelby CI called a few days before to confirm my reservation, and there was some confusion. However they called back and confirmed. I picked up in person. Process took a few minutes. Good Fellas was knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend this pickup location.
Stephen RGas was quarter of a tank so I had to get gas right away. I had ordered a dolly, moving pads and moving blankets: none of which were in the truck. I had to call uhaul and have them change the invoice so I wasn't paying for something I didn't receive. Lady I spoke with changed it. When she changed it, she removed my ability to pick the truck up out of hours. I had to call back and have someone fix my order. Took 40 min to pick up the truck. Wouldn't pick up from this location again.
