Make sure the vehicle has not been smoked in. If it has then you should disinfect the vehicle top to bottom. People with allergies can not deal with this it makes them sick.

Put your dropbox, in a typical location.. ie a door slot.. On a tree in the back, with no signage to point you there is not helpful...

Turned in after hours and could not find the key drop box as it was located on a random tree. I had to call the shop and luckily someone was actually there and told me where it was.

I was told the man who handled uhaul won't be back until Saturday and they didn't know how to check the truck in.

The tires on this trailer were bald, and looked on fit to be on road way.

Great place very friendly and very cool store attached.

Could use more signage since the establishment is not what you'd traditionally associate with a Uhaul pickup/dropoff (a thrift store), so didn't realize what I was looking for was right in front of me.

There was a truck outside but when i got there the woman said nothubf was available. I called customer sercice thwy called the store than she said her son who deals with truck services and utilize the computer was out of the store. It took one hour to sort sort out everythingm. When her son finally arrived he had the " i don't wanna bothered look". The guy did not do an inspection on the truck, i wansn't provided with any paperwork to sign for the condition of the truck, current mileage or gas. He simply handed me a receipt. I decided to take pictures for my own records and to keep track of the gas tank. The check engine light was on and there was no seal on the dolly. Anyways, we took the truc against my better judgement since it was going to be a two days rental and no other Uhaul location had anything available. I put more gas than the original amount and i didn't use the dolly since it was too small for my heavy boxes and hubby had to find his own. When i returned the truck on Monday, the thrift store was closed and i had to leave the keys inside a drop box in the garden...again no inspection was done. Than the guy had the nerve to charge for fuel as well as the stupid dolly when the seal was already broken. That place is not a good representation of Uhaul...in my opinion Uhaul should be subcontracting or doing any kind of business with that store owner. The truck is huge LIABILITY since service is not being done or inspection..it's just my personal opinion.....no bueno and i have pics to prove everything.
