I ordered moving blankets online for my move. When I got there to pick them up with the truck, I was told that they didn’t carry them. I wish that I was told this ahead of time. You shouldn’t be able to order them online if the the pick up place doesn’t even carry them.

the truck i had was little sloppy in the steering . kinda floated when i was on highway , in town and slow was ok . . weight was mostly in front so not over weighted in rear to that point . i am a mechanic , seem steering box may need tightening up

When I picked up truck - agent said it was full. When I turned it on - the arrow for fuel was below the "F" but I assumed that it was the way the gage looked when full as he had insisted it was full. I drove 9 miles. I stopped and put $2 of gas in - again assuming that I could only have used a little less than a gallon. When I returned the truck - agent told me it was only 7/8 full- he said he would charge me $12 for gas - or I could fill it. I went 3 blocks - filled it - and it took 3.2 gallons of gas. I gave agent the receipt and I asked how it was possible that I could have put in over 4 gallons of gas to drive 9 miles. No answer. Clearly, the truck gets better than 2.25 miles per gallon. it is not the money - but the principle - clearly the truck was NOT full when I got it or I would not have been able to put 4 gallons of gas into it. I would avoid this location as clearly they have some management issues.
