Said 24/7 dropoff. Gate was closed and I had to head out of town in the am. Had no choice but to leave it at the entrance gate. 5:45 pm is when I arrived to drop it off. Need to remove 24/7 dropoff, anothee uhaul customer showed up after me and also was disappointed and did same thing I did. Left them there

The location was great and the staff and service was amazing. However, the reservation process through UHaul as a whole was terrible. They messed up my reservation twice the day before my move and literally the morning of at 6:45am. It was a whole mess and the day before my move I was told I was unable to get my truck at the time I requested online exactly a week prior. Fast forward passed that whole mess of being on the phone over 2 hours with no result, I then had issues paying. The lady from UHaul's call center was very unhelpful and seemed dismissive and not wanting to find my # for my credit to reimburse for me to use on my final total. She then transferred me to the location I picked up the truck and I even told her they probably would not have it and they did not. Overall my experience was completely horrible, they never offered once to fix the issue. My only good experiences were talking to a lady on Friday night (8/28) around 11:30pm EST and then the staff when I went to pick up my truck. Will not be renting a truck through UHaul again.
