I Love the managers spirit

Kahlil J.Oscar at this location was very helpful and came in at the point where I was ready to tell U-Hall to stick it in their ear. I had a reservation that when I went to pick up was told the system was down and he could/would not rent to me. Also told me he had already sent one other person away for the same reason. I called another local location and was told he had what I needed but could not rent it because it was already reserved, only to call me back 45 minutes later to tell me my reservation (that I never made) was ready for pick up. When you are planning a move you do not need a runaround like this when you usually have time constraints to deal with. I called the U-Haul 800 number and they found what I needed at "Auto Sales and more, LLC". Then when Oscar had completed the contract a message came up that I could not rent from U-Haul because I had "Outstanding issues with U-Haul" and had to call an 800 number. when I called the number I received a message to call back during normal business hours. I wouldn't think noon on a Saturday would be out of normal business hours for a truck rental business. Oscar then called a number he had (as an agent), the person that answered looked into the alert, and came back saying she couldn't find anything and would remove it. THANK GOD U-HAUL HAS AN AGENT LIKE OSCAR!
