They gentlemen who help me check in and check out was awesome even though he was having a bad day because of rude customers he was still professional and courteous. I am however upset I was charge $10 extra for being 15 mins past my return time. I called and informed the location I was running late due to a cargo strap breaking. I was also held up past 20-30 minutes past my pick up time of 6pm due to errors in the computer system and the guaranteed reservation that I was promised wasn't what I got. I reserved a motorcycle trailer and received a 5x9 trailer. The oversized trailer was the cause of my straps breaking. A motorcycle trailer doesn't allow movement of the motorcycle however a 5x9 trailer allows the motorcycle to move back and forth.Jerad W.

Truck had terrible brakes had a coolant smell and the driver side turn signal was not installed properly it was the only 10 foot van this location had so I took it anyways but the staff was very kind and got me in and out quickly and got me checked in quicklyJared L.

When using the app, it should specify if there's a depo6 and how much the deposit is prior to reserving. My experience was a bit of a financial inconvenience which caused a domino effect with things that needed to b done after getting rental. I was told by drop off location there it shouldn't have been a deposit unless I was paying with prepaid card. I paid with cash & was also told that it would take almost 2wks to get deposit and I was STILL charges for the appliance dolly althought it was note on my account and on my paperwork that I would not be charged. So instead of $100 refund (for deposit), it should have been a refund of $112.00. $100 deposit refund & $12 refund for dolly because I have to use gas & waste time to come back to establishment to get dolly that should have been on the truck prior to rentalShawnte T.
You seem to be making your overnight returns experience (from a corporate-level not location specific) more difficult each time I use it. The inclusion of this new bar code scan on top of sharing my location is a bit excessive. Having to allow access to my location and camera is not preferable to my personal ideals on privacy and security. I haven't tried the call in method yet, but I thought I should share my thoughts on what seems to be a bad trajectory away from what used to be a convenient and less intrusive process.Scott S.
