noone at site really knew how to do the paper work employee had to call his mother to get things going, was charged $15.00 for safe trip or something like that was told by employee that would not be charged, but was, and another $5.00 charge for safe something as well, i requested a $20.00 refund have not heard a thing
Willie SChange location or have someone more responsible for taking care of customers. The phone line is no help because you only get a vm and no one calls you back. On the 11th of October I turned in the haul that I rented on the 11th. Yes I only had it a few hours but no one was there to check it in. So I was still billed for having it out. Totally unacceptable.
