Make the check in easier. Ask for license photos etc. before arrival, it was 20 degrees and I had to stand outside to finish checking in.

GLENN D.The location was fine. The truck was fine. The booking, receiving, and returning process was very unsatisfactory. I specifically sought a location that was marked as open on the day I needed it and close to my house. After booking, I was sent to a different location, farther away and not open on the day I needed it, so I had to endure the tedious online pick up and returning process. There were glitches and questions along the way, but the wait times for assistance on the phone and over chat were way too long. It took almost an hour to complete the truck pick up. The return process was faster, but ended in a way in which I thought I needed to interact with a person, but I did not, but I kept refreshing and trying to contact the company for confirmation anyway. The process itself was not smooth.
