MICHAEL C.The drop off spot added a day to my rental even though I had it less than 24 hrs. This end up charging my card. This will be the last time I ever use uhaul. I also didn't appreciate customer service minimizing the situation as if being out an extra $75 for any amount of time was acceptable. This is after having one of the movers we hired through uhaul ditching out half way through the job. You all need serious work on communication and customer service.
