During initial pick-up and processing of paperwork, the clerk, Reyna Portillo, a Estimate Charge of $162.95. On the paperwork states that the bank has placed a HOLD for $180.35. On the print out under estimated charge was the amount of $180.35? U-Haul put a hold of either $162.95 or $180.35, from my ban account???? Please explain to us why the amount above was taken out of Credit Card???. Because of this, we unable to have funds for every days expenses???

The rental experience was fantastic. Next time I need a rental or storage I’m heading here first! Really, really friendly service, fast, well run store.

This store is immaculate! The vehicle we rented was clean, as we're the pads and dolly! Reyna was so very helpful when we rented the vehicle as we described our situation, she helped us find the most cost effective means to get our job done! When I had to extend the rental, I called and spoke to Alex-- also a very friendly and helpful person who knows how to treat a customer! I will ALWAYS use this facility! It's a beautifully run site and the team they have are all very kind!

I have rented uhaul vehicles from other locations and have never been charged mileage for local rentals. .99 cent per mile is outrageous. If gas tank was returned at the same level there was no mileage charge.I WILL NEVER RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I WILL TELL MY COLLEAGUES NOT TO RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AS WELL.

When I picked up the 12 foot trailer I told the cashier I needed the trailer until noon the next day. I had picked the trailer up at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon. As I was driving to drop it off at 9:00 Sunday morning, the store calls and asks when I can drop it off. I said I'm on my way and will be there in 20 mins. When I arrived the employee working the drop off lane said I would be charged a 2 day rental since I was late returning it. We went inside and the owner, her name is on the door, said I only had it until 8:30 and she had lost a customer because I was late. I said I had reserved it intil noon and she showed me in the fine print I had it until 8:30. I refused to pay for 2 days seeing I only had for 16 hours. Plus how could I return it at 8:30 since they open at 9:00? After a bit she relented but it was a terrible customer experience.

This experience has been terrible. It was a simple van rental that turned terrible. I was emailed a recepit for my charges then i see an additional charge for 70 on my account 2 weeks later. I call into the store and they don't know anything. I call the 1-800 number and i was told it was because of a toll. there are no tolls roads near me. She said she couldn't provide me with proof and I have to pay it because its im my contract! There are no tolls in my route. NOR will i pay for something I didn't authorize. I will NEVER use uhaul again!

The guy never told i was goin to be charge for gas and charged me extra money when i only drive the truck for 5 miles. I would of put gas my self if they would of tell me about the gas. Between horrible costumer service and the Lady that charged me when i returned the truck was really serious and rude to me. Not recomended

I was told a price on the phone but charged something else when I arrived. Was told the vehicle had a certain amount of gas but it didnt.

This is a relatively new UHaul site off of Route 17. The manager, Regna, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I rented a Ford Transit 250 cargo van for a week and had no issues with it or the final closeout of my rental bill. I will definitely rent from this UHaul again. Thanks for a great experience.

confirmed in person at the location the day before pick up that we were picking the 26' truck there at 7am. Received a text an hour to pick up at another location on Ledealls at 7:15am. The day of pick up we arrived at 6:55, waited in the car until 7:15, noticed the doors were locked and that location DOES NOT open until 9am. I don't know why they would schedule an early morning pick up at a location that doesn't open until 2 hours later. It was a nightmare tracking down another 26'. We ended up taking another 26' early that we had reserved for the following day, so we can continue with our move.

Go to another U-Haul location or other company! I drove the truck pulling the car carrier for the Lambertons. I'm 58, was a mechanic and Service Manager for Lincoln Mercury in a past life, now a Project Manager for the US Army. The tires were underinflated on the car carrier, it blew a tire, and new tire installed on the road only had 20lbs of air! Thank God I pulled off a the next exit not trusting you/your folks. I've seen the results of an Army truck that ended up in a ditch because of a blown tire on a cargo trailer. Your people could have killed me, possibly someone else if carrier blew two tires, and destroyed a lifetime of treasures accumulated from around the world! All for what, I watched the man check the tires with a tire pressure stick and there's only two explanations: 1) the stick was bad, or 2) it was hot outside and easier to let it go and take the risk. I watched him check one tire three (3) times so sorry, in my opinion, he knew...and put me and others at risk. Ed Scicluna, 540.419.6696
