The box truck was beat worn out. Had a terrible rattle in the driver door the whole 12 hour drive. Not to mention no cruise control 240 dollars in fuel. My car dolly hadn't had any maintenance in years the strap part was rusted it took many workings to get it going. Un doing it was another problem from the rust. Almost 1k spent for equipment not worth it

Stephanie TMy only complaint and reason I didn’t do 5 stars is the fact there is no signal anywhere on property. In order to check out and check in the vehicle you are required to upload a few photos on the app and be on location to do. The process honestly could’ve taken 3 minutes but instead took nearly 30 minutes with me walking around the whole property with my phone in the air trying to get a bar. My only recommendation is to provide WiFi at the office. Other than that the truck was great.
