When renting, there were options for hand trucks, dollies and blankets, and I rented them. I needed them. When I arrived, they had no equipment (blankets, handtruck, dolly) at all. I had to go to another location to rent them. There was noone at the location when I picked up the truck. I was forced to use online check in.
