I don't appreciate being charged $40 extra dollars for nothing. I only owed less than $20 for extra mileage.

Corey H.The truck sounded like it was falling apart especially in reverse! I was overcharged for miles and then an extra charge of $9.73!! WHY?? I returned the truck with more fuel in it than I got. The mileage was never corrected like I was told it was! So I was charged an extra 30 plus miles!! The man working there was very rude and disrespectful. I filed a complaint and have yet to hear back from anyone!
